Where is Point Lonsdale School of Surfing located?

We are located at Point Lonsdale on the beautiful Bellarine Peninsula, just an hour or so south of Melbourne, via Geelong. We embrace the surfing culture that is such a big part of life here from Queenscliff and St Leonards, to Ocean Grove, Barwon Heads and on to Torquay on the famed Surf Coast.

Are your instructors qualified?

Yes, every surf lessons instructor at Point Lonsdale School of Surfing is qualified via Surfing Australia and has a strong surfing background. They can teach according to all levels and abilities including beginners right through to advanced.

How long does each surfing lesson last?

Our corporate and group surf lessons last for two hours and our private and kids surf lessons last for one and a half hours each. We pack a lot of info and practice into each session and ensure everyone gets special attention whether they are part of a group or individual lesson.

Do surf lessons operate all year?

Yes, our surfing lessons are available year-round to cater for the busier holiday months and the quieter in-between times. Contact us to check when lessons are available.
